Just started taking aromasin two days ago on Thursday. My original planned dose was 6.25 mg every 3.5 days (same as pin days) and then adjust as necessary. Its been two days and my hard and sensitive nipples came back. Should i up the dose or maybe increase frequency? not really sure what to do since I just started taking ais.
