Most people turn back day into biceps day.
Lat cues that actually work:
  • “drive elbows to hips”
  • slight lean back on pulldowns
  • straps if grip fails early
  • full stretch at top, controlled pull
Best builders:
  • pull-ups / assisted pull-ups
  • lat pulldown (neutral grip)
  • chest-supported row (elbows tucked)
