how do you fraud a long midface

I have a really long midface and it’s negative effects are amplified by recessed maxilla. My maxilla is flat at best but infras are fucked so i look like a bug from the side. Im planning to get infra implants but is there any way to fraud to appear to have a shorter midface?
any tips help
