I've been mewing since I was 12 or 13 yo and I saw actual structural changes. I have 2 siblings and both of them have a flat maxilla and a very narrow palate while me, I have a much wider palate then them like a 5-6 mms wider. I've also been chewing on my premolars.
Tho I still wonder how to take it to the maximum extent if there are some actual methods other than mewing which work.
