i’m letting go of trying to ascend. i’ve learned to live with being alone. so much so i’ve stopped porn. i’ve removed the mirrors from my room with how disgusted i am with myself when i see it. i know ill never escape my reflection but this is a start. all the looksmaxxing ive done has been for nothing. my mind is finally clear
