This is because of the androgen receptors tha are in every bone but some more than others of course. Off topic but your mandible has the most androgen receptors out of the bones in your face and that’s why it’s so promanint compared to your other bones most of the time as long are you aren’t recessed. I’ve also read that mico plastics play a role is the “recession” of your brow ridge only because it monkey stops it from growing.
