Compounds are great, but they don’t always fully develop side delts, biceps peak, triceps long head, calves, or rear delts. Isolation work lets you bring up lagging areas and create the shape people notice. The key is doing it with intent, not as an afterthought. What’s your most neglected isolation muscle?
