ok so i live in the netherlands and there is some sun here and there but its always insanely low uv im talking like 2-1 UV, but i wanna get tan so how do yall suggest i dose my mt2? do i only take it on days where the sun is out and do i take it daily and how much should i take (realistically), im planning to order around 10mg (gotta pay overpriced price since i cant buy from a grey source :feelswhy
