Im eating much healthier, keeping sodium in my food low for less bloated face. Using face massagers and hydrating my skin. I also practiced bonesmashing but in the end i want to avoid my face getting too asymmetrical. i am still not even half way through my journey but i want your honest opinion on what could i do better and my rating ofc. PS. ALL PICTURES TOOK IN THE SAME WEEK THERE IS NO TRANSFORMATION
