Triceps Make Arms Look Big (Biceps Are Overrated)

Arm size is mostly triceps.
If you want bigger arms:
  • Overhead triceps extension (long head)
  • Cable pushdowns (volume)
  • Close-grip pressing (strength)
Simple goal: get strong at overhead extensions with clean reps.
Question: What’s your current best triceps exercise—and what do you avoid?
