Im 13 (turning 14 this month) and i wont be able to get my hands in hgh til im atleast 14.5 so i'd like to know some good threads to maximize my "health" (maximize natural testosterone, natural gh etc)
also i already know abt the basics like deep sleep, maybe some supplements if possible like melatonin or magnesium + l theanine etc but i'd like to read optimal diet etc
