What low inhib drug is the best for longevity

I want something that I can take everyday without it wearing down my receptors like pregabalin does.

I don’t know much about phenibut and if it will do the same thing or not.

I got prescribed 40mg propanolol by my psychiatrist but it didn’t help me at all.

So yea just wondering about phenibut because it’s pretty easy to get and if there’s anything else that is similar then lmk.
