Many lifters say they train “intense,” but they leave 3–4 reps in reserve every set.
Real growth requires:
  • Progressive overload
  • Training close to failure
  • Proper rest
  • Sufficient protein
If your workouts feel comfortable, you’re probably not pushing enough.
