Will being in a calorie deficit of 100 less calories than my maintenance to leanmaxx with high protein and calcium for a month stunt my growth because I’m currently 16 6ft2 but still trying to maximise my genetic potential in height whilst getting a little bit leaner for hollow cheeks as I was 20% body fat around 20 days ago and now I am 14% body fat and I am trying to get to around 12% which would take me a week or 2
