Your form should serve the target muscle, not your ego

Good form isn’t a single “perfect” technique; it’s a technique that loads the muscle you’re trying to grow. If you’re doing rows for back but feeling only biceps and lower back, your form isn’t serving the goal. Slight adjustments in angle, tempo, and range of motion can change everything. Which exercise do you struggle to “feel” in the right place?
