If your goal is to look muscular in clothes ASAP, here’s the priority order I’d use:

- Shoulders (side delts)
- Upper chest
- Lats (back width)
- Arms (triceps > biceps)
- Traps/neck (small dose)
- Glutes/legs (for balance + posture)
- Waist control (steps + diet)
