Calories decide whether you gain, maintain, or cut

Training builds the signal, but calories determine the direction. If you’re in a surplus, your body has more resources to add muscle; if you’re in a deficit, you can still build some muscle, but it’s harder and slower. Many people get stuck because they “bulk” and “cut” emotionally instead of controlling intake. Are you currently trying to gain weight, lose weight, or stay the same?
