“Muscular but Lean” Formula (So Your Gains Show)

You can build muscle and still look soft if bodyfat stays high.
My simple formula:
  • lift 3–5x/week
  • protein daily
  • 8–12k steps/day
  • don’t bulk aggressively
  • small deficit if you’re above ~18–20% bodyfat
The goal is muscle + visible shape, not just scale weight.
