i posted this in off topic but im gonna repost it here because i think it fits better. does doing excercises (like the few im gonna list below) help with eye asymmetry and help develop a positive canthal tilt? i heard that strengthening the canthal tendon can help develop a positive canthal tilt

## **Exercises to Strengthen the Canthal Tendon**

To fix a negative canthal tilt and strengthen the canthal tendon, you can incorporate targeted exercises that engage the outer corner of the eyes and the surrounding muscles. These exercises help tighten the canthal tendon, promote a positive tilt, and enhance eye symmetry.

- **Outer Corner Lift (for Canthal Tendon)**
- Gently place your fingers at the outer corners of your eyes, applying slight upward pressure.
- While maintaining this pressure, blink rapidly using only the muscles around the eyes, making sure the rest of your face remains relaxed.
- Repeat this exercise for 10-15 seconds.
*This exercise engages the orbicularis oculi and helps lift the outer corners of the eyes, strengthening the canthal tendon and promoting a more neutral or positive canthal tilt.*

- **Canthal Tendon Stretch and Lift**
- Using your middle fingers, press gently on the outer corners of both eyes.
- Pull the skin slightly outward and upward to stretch the canthal tendon.
- While holding the outward and upward pressure, try blinking rapidly to engage the muscles around the eyes.
- Repeat for 10-15 seconds.
*This stretch helps to lengthen and strengthen the canthal tendon, encouraging a more lifted appearance of the outer eye corners.*

- **Eye Corner Lift with Resistance**
- Place your index fingers at the outer corners of your eyes and apply gentle upward pressure.
- While keeping this pressure, close your eyes without using the rest of your face or lower eyelids to help. The effort should come from the upper eyelid muscles and the canthal area.
- Hold for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat for 10-15 repetitions.
*This exercise helps tone the muscles responsible for lifting the outer corners of the eyes, contributing to a positive canthal tilt.* (discord server Mog Town. channel 'eye asymmetry')

is this cope? i feel like this could have a chance of working. is it risky and should i try it
