I have this problem with my sleep that i wake up at midnight even tho i havent drank tons of water or little, i try to sleep between 11pm and i usually wake up between 6am or 7am if im lucky i get to 8am, even supplementing magnesium glycinate 350mg and other day 0.4mg melatonin i still not getting a good quality sleep, i do all the things they say incluiding cold room, dark room, no outside noises, literally the perfect plan but i just cant! how can i sleep focking longer!
