So as all of you know girls love nice straight teeth.
Obviously if you have a 8teeth or even 10teeth hollywood smile u won, but there is one major thing u still need.
Pearly whites.
I always had teeth on the whiter side but I started drinking coffee and cigarettes at my new job(I quit 2 months ago but the damage was visible)
I got yellow stained teeth
My Routine currently:
For my toothpaste I use the holy grail in my country Colgate Max White Ultra with freshness Pearls and Listerine Whitening Mouthwash.
And a tounge scraper.
An electric toothbrush is the way to go btw.
Always clean 2x(Once on clean setting wash your mouth with water and then put on new toothpaste and use the polish setting)
But all that isn’t enough.
So I had two cosmetic appointments for whitening my teeth.
As u can see it didn’t do shit.
They are a bit whiter after the treatment because it dries your teeth out so your enamle becomes more opaque.
So can anybody help me find H2O2 gel 40-45% and a good curing light?
Will do the procedure myself cause ain‘t no way I am paying a dentis 500€ just so he can whiten my teeth halfway and I need another appointment.
