This is because once you hear its side you start to gain empathy and empathy at times is self sabotage. Empathy is now stopping you from doing what you are supposed to do.
If someone did you really wrong, it doesn’t matter what was their side of the story as long as they had other options, so strike the monster while it is still a monster. Elites have always followed this rule to moneymaxx and be successful.
