Most emotions (5/6 = 0,83% of them) are negative and destructive and therefore shall be suppressed or alternatively completely eliminated for the collective betterment of collective consciousness and conscious beings. Happiness (which is in most cases transient) doesnt justify accepting animalistic thought patterns and neural reaction to occur inside of higher societies
