This is for hight growth, dont expect much if any bone growth from it, infact it may enlarge ur nose.
Anyways, During puberty teens naturally produce ~4-9ius of growth hormone. So if you have poor sleep or low igf levels (via bloodwork or high level estimations) use 4-6iu of hgh. Hgh suppresses natural gh production/ pulses, so with hgh u get to choose your daily gh levels.
Im personally gonna do 5ius for a few months and then i will get my growth plates checked, when im at ~90-95% closure im gonna be using aromasin to delay the closure aswell as upping the gh dose to 6-7ius and adding test for non hight related reasons. When i use the ai i will also use mk677 because of the igf1 properties, mk raises igf quite a good amounts which is good since the older ur epithelial plates are the less igf sensitive it is. So maby 10-30mg mk idk exactly yet. This should grow me 1-5cm more than my natural potential.
Btw if your thinking of using aromatase inhibitors early just remember that the risk increases 10 fold and u may not even gain much more hight, common ones are neurotoxicity and osteoporosis. I will be using it at the end of my plate fusion to reduce these effects as they can be lifelong and cause many issues as u age. This is gonna be the best stack for pubertymaxing with hormones.
The rest of the shit u see with hdac inhibitors or fgfr3 inhibitors etc aren’t worthwhile unless your severely short because these have minimal evidence and can be a huge detriment to your health, not to mention the cost. Anyways hope som1 found this useful
