DURATION: Around 10 weeks as it starts with two weeks in may
WEIGHTLOSS: Goal is around 20 pounds
Currently I’m 6’0 203 at around 28% body fat
Calories Deficit:
1700 calories, 170-190 grams of protein
200 calories burned from jump roping
400 calories from light walking
Training Style:
I will go from running smolov before to switching to an FBEOD Split, 2x4-6 for compounds and 2x6-8 for accessories
Drug Use
Clenbuterol Cycle
Regular Nicotine and THC use
