@Orc was looking at your topics and posts about your workout, and man, what a simple workout for such an amazing physique! I always see most people doing 4 to 5 exercises for each muscle group. @Orc , have you been training like this since you started going to the gym? Or after you achieved the physique you wanted, do you now do these more basic workouts (when I say basic, I mean with few exercises) just to maintain it?
