Crazy how u have between iftar at 6:30 pm to 11:30pm u have to eat 3000 calories 100 protein and lift weights excrises eat all ur vitamins and drink from 1-2l of water js to support everything and keep a good form for a skinny 16 yo im trying to gain weight and support all my hormones and cut sugar and soda and every goy slob they’re is and it’s so hard cuz in Ramadan I CANT FUCKING GO SPRINTING OR DO EXCRISES cuz ur js tired all the time so it’s kind of crazy that i started during this month but i feel like im succeeding at it
