so in one of his last videos he published, he showed some pills that he took after the UC treatment for lymphatic drain, he says this is really important if you want to make the UC worth it, so, in my personal opinion I don’t take shit, I just jog or something after it, but it sounds interesting, he also showed this Canada pills, but I don’t know if it’s the same, bc this is for making blood flow faster/easier
