I know several soft and hardmaxxes are more effective during puberty. What should I do to bp my brother so he has 0 regrets?
Obv softmaxxes like encourage lifting, good nutrition, good sleep, etc. I'm gonna convince my parents to get him braces. What else? Would I need to start him on hgh immediately for it to be effective? He wouldn't take it until he's 15-16 I bet.
