I have decent bones. During the ages 12-16 I ate like shit, litrally only ate processed food lots of sugar and yogurt and milk for cereal. Is this a reason my bone mass is decent becasue if I had such a fucked diet shouldn’t I be boneless. I think the sugars and dairy also helped becasue I’m 6 foot but my family is max 5 foot 9. Or maybe I just got lucky with genes. Let me know if I’m retarded
