Most guys “train shoulders” but don’t grow side delts because:
  • too heavy
  • bad angle
  • no volume
  • no control
My rules:
  • 12–25 reps
  • 2–4 sets
  • 2–3 times/week
  • slow down, pause at the top
  • finish with partials when you’re cooked
Lateral raises are boring—but they change your silhouette.
